To test Refuge’s mentorship curriculum, our founders launched a pilot program with 15 Ohio State student mentors. For four months, mentors met virtually with their mentees and provided continuous feedback for program and curriculum development. The program culminated with an immersion weekend at Ohio State where mentees met college professors, toured the campus, ate in a dining hall, and more.
